Every Litograph design emerges from the text of a book. Just as the words on the pages of your favorite novel come alive in your imagination, Litographs products are designed to illustrate the memorable characters and scenes rooted in text and imitated on stage. They work closely with professional artists to create a new visual experience for classic and contemporary works alike. From a distance, the artwork illustrates a theme, character, or setting from each book's descriptive pages. Move closer and the text becomes fully legible. We are now carrying 12" x 16" prints and 18" x 24" posters of popular Litographs. These are great decorations for book lovers!

This is a must-read treasure. I'm almost to the end of the book and wish it would go on forever. Three cheers for new author Sheri Levy and her poignant account of a young girl and her dog and how you say goodbye to someone you love. If you've ever wondered how puppies are trained to become service dogs, this wonderful story will tell you everything you want to know. The themes of friendship and first love also resonate throughout, but it's Sydney, an Australian shepherd, who steals the show and claims our hearts.

Sway by Kat Spears
Jesse doesn't have to try to be cool -- he just is. He has sway. If someone wants something, Jesse's the one to get it. Jock and bully Ken wants to date nice-girl Bridget, so Jesse makes it happen. But Jesse doesn't expect to fall in love himself. Before he knows it, he's making friends with Bridget's disabled younger brother and hanging out with a belligerent senior at a nursing home, without expectation of payment, when he never lets emotions play a role in anything he does. The characters make this book what it is, a funny and poignant story that is as much about self-discovery as it is a love story.
St. Martin's Griffin - Release Date: 9/16/14 - Format: Hardcover - Price: $18.99
Since Ned and his brother fell into the river as children and only Ned survived, the people of his village have been convinced that the wrong boy lived. Then bandits show up from the enchanted forest that borders the village, and the Bandit King wants nothing so much as he wants the magic Ned's mother, Sister Witch, has contained and protected for her whole life. When Ned meets Aine, the Bandit King's daughter, the two must learn to trust each other in order to get rid of the magic causing so many problems. An extraordinary middle-grade novel about magic and friendship that will enchant readers of all ages. The lyrical storytelling reminds me of Lauren Oliver, with fantasy and adventure that will pull you in and make you stay until you're done. An amazing book.

But with the world of magic comes Lord Downpike, who seeks to use that power for his own evil plans and is willing to use anything -- even Jessamin, especially Jessamin -- to get Finn to give up his secrets. Readers will be drawn in to Jessamin's world and will cheer for her as she uses just her smarts to go head-to-head against evil magic in order to save the boy she loves.
HarperTeen - Release Date: 9/9/14 - Format: Hardcover - Price: $17.99

Then Jude meets a new sculpting mentor and his model who seem to be just as broken as her own family and might just hold the key to healing all of them. Told in the alternating voices of 13-year-old Noah and 16-year-old Jude, this is a gripping, emotional novel that will appeal to fans of John Green and Rainbow Rowell. Have tissues handy.

Recommended for fans of The Selection.

Ivan: The Remarkable True Story of the Shopping Mall Gorilla by Katherine Applegate
Ivan, a baby gorilla that was taken by poachers from his homeland and family, lived among humans and ended up as a display in a shopping mall for 27 years. This beautifully illustrated book provides a great opportunity for parents to teach their children why every creature should live among their own kind and how the power of a small group of people determined to do the right thing can bring about change. I was thrilled to see this picture book come out after having read and loved Applegate's Newbery Medal-winning middle grade book, The One and Only Ivan.
