Power still out for many in Northeast as storm approaches

Crawford & Company Prepares for "Nor'easter"

One week after Superstorm Sandy ravaged the Caribbean and Northeastern U.S., tearing apart homes and lives in New Jersey, New York and other areas, a "nor'easter" is now headed toward the same area of the U.S. CNN meteorologists predict a strong, low pressure system with powerful 60 mph northeasterly winds and heavy rain to move in early Wednesday. As the day goes on, the weather will get worse, with 40-degree daytime temperatures dropping to the 20's at night-- bad news for the 127,000 residents who are still without power, according to Con Edison. Coastal flooding and beach erosion to the already-ravaged Jersey Shore are possible from the predicted storm.
