How To Register in Using the NEW Lottery System
The DC Collaborative is piloting a new lottery registration model in response to teacher feedback regarding registration.
The DC Collaborative is excited to offer our winter and spring 2015 programming for students and teachers across the District. In preparation for the Arts for Every Student (AFES) offerings, we are pleased to share a new pilot registration model for that is designed to better serve each school and ensure that there is an equitable and streamlined registration process this year. You asked and we listened!
This new approach is in response to teacher feedback and surveys we have received regarding registration. This new registration model will ensure that our key communicators in each school have a seamless process and that each school has the opportunity to reserve valuable tickets to performances and programs throughout the city. To make sure this new pilot process is effective, we will evaluate this new approach in 2015 to garner your feedback.
Here's how it works:
- Now - Thursday, December 4: Review the winter and spring 2015 offerings online at using the Arts for Every Student and Professional Development Catalogue. A PDF template of the AFES online lottery will be available Thursday, December 4 so you can familiarize yourself with the template.
