On Aug 3rd you will receive an email from InfoSnap  with instructions on how to access the InfoSnap system allowing you to complete the required InfoSnap: Student/Family Information Updates and the Online Agreements and  Forms. These forms and agreements are required before your child can begin the 2015-2016 school year on August 20th.

In short, this online process,

• Offers you the ability to update any of your family demographics, health, contact or emergency information, and;

• Offers online permission forms, medical updates and important agreements which you can now "digitally" approve.

When you receive this email from InfoSnap it will contain a link with instructions and a secure "snapcode" that links directly to your student's information. Only one parent per family can complete this form, but note the code is emailed to all parents. Please decide which parent will use the snapcode to complete the form. To make the process easier for families with multiple students, you will have the option to copy all generic family information to all other students in your family.

We need all returning families to complete these forms before the start of school. If you do not have access to the Internet, please call the school office and you can make an appointment to use a school computer in the library.

Again, you don't need to do anything right now. Look for our letter with instructions on August 3rd from InfoSnap.
