Fast Food without the Guilt!!!

Life is busy. We do whatever we can to make the best choices we can at any given moment. Unfortunately, there are times you're on the road and in a hurry - so you find yourself in the drive-through line. No need to worry: There is such a thing as healthy fast food (or at least healthier) they you might have thought. Here are some healthy options for you to choose:

 

Wendy's- Small baked potato and small chili

Chick-fil-A- Grilled Chicken Sandwich with lettuce and tomato and small fruit cup

KFC- Grilled Chicken with mashed potatoes and veggies

Subway's- 6 inch sub with turkey and lots of veggies on whole wheat sub

McDonald's- Southwest Salad with Grilled Chicken (lite dressing)

Subway's- Veggie Delite Sandwich and Tomato Orzo Soup

Burger Kings- Veggie Burger and Garden Salad

Taco Bell's- Chicken Fresco Burrito Supreme and Pintos 'n' Cheese

Dunkin' Donuts- Tuna Salad Sandwich on an English muffin

Chipotle-Vegetarian Burrito Bowl with brown rice, black beans, fajita vegetables, lettuce, and roasted chili-corn salsa

Panera-Power Mediterranean Chicken Salad (no bacon) plus Baked Lays Potato Chips

Starbucks- Chicken & Hummus Bistro Box

 

Planting seedlings and shrubs for approximately 60 minutes and you can burn up to 300 calories!!!!
