Turn your Frown Upside Down :)

 

As we all know, holiday time can be very challenging when we are all trying to eat healthy and stay on course. For the last 25 years I have seen those sad faces of my PTI clients come back from a Holiday weekend feeling disappointed in themselves for "cheating" on their "diet". Please, don't beat yourself up. This is not a diet this is a lifestyle!!!! It is not about a cheat here and there, it is about making the best choices you can and getting right back to the foods that make you feel healthy and in control. So, with this in mind, we can all use a little positive reinforcement every now and then. Here are some great little quotes to say to yourself to help motivate you to become the best version of who you are.
