Foods that Support Heart Health
 
 
     

The number one reason for deaths in America is still heart disease. With February being Heart Healthy Month, I thought I would remind all my readers about the top foods that should be consumed to help fight heart disease. The good news is that we now know a ton about how to prevent cardiovascular disease, strokes and heart attacks. Include these foods in your diet to support your heart health and continue to exercise for optimal wellness.
