Tips for Optimal Wellness in 2015!!!!

 
     

As we continue to move into this New Year, It is our job to provide each and every one of you with helpful tips to support your goals for 2015. Last week we brought to you helpful dietary tips for losing weight this year. This week we bring to you a list that provides you with small manageable goals to help you with overall wellness. PTI is not just about losing weight, it is also about our commitment to our clients to provide them with the tools for optimal health and wellness. Challenge yourself to one tip at a time and thank you for your continued support and positive feedback of our PTI BUZZ.

 

Realize that anything worth doing is worth doing well 

Exercise to boost energy

Be Kind to yourself

Go to sleep at a decent hour

Eat for optimal health

Read a great book

Don't burden yourself with unrealistic goals

Make one small change a week to better yourself

Take a ten to thirty minute walk a day with someone you love

Smile and make someone else smile at least 3 times a day

Learn from the past but live for the future

Tell yourself 3 things you like about yourself everyday

You don't always have to be right, agree to disagree

You are responsible for your own happiness

Don't punish yourself for "breaking your diet" , tomorrow is a new day!!!

Research conducted by Vanderbilt University Medical Center revealed that laughing for 10 to 15 minutes burns between 10 and 40 calories.

So laugh it up and burn, burn,burn!!!
