To help you get started, here are some great tips to jump start your weight loss goals in 2015.
Be aware of your calorie budget and stick to it.
Make sure you are drinking your 64 ounces of water a day.
Watch your salt intake.
Get a good night's sleep.
Do not skip meals. We encourage our client's to eat six small meals a day.
Make sure you have a healthy pre and post workout meal.
Fill up your plate with lots of colorful veggies.
Eat one less bite at each meal and save about 75 calories a day!!!
Prepare healthy snacks in advance so you are never hungry.
Look for quality nutritional foods not just zero calorie fillers.
Have a large glass of water before each meal.
Start your heaviest meal of the day with a bowl of broth based veggie soup.
SLOW DOWN!!! Try chewing your food ten times and putting down your fork in between bites.
Prepare yourself before a party or special occasion by NOT going to the event hungry.
Stay mindful of your goals by eating your meals in fitted clothes and not sweatpants.
