Foods that Burn Fat !!!!      

It's never too late to lose those last 10 pounds. Add these foods to your Labor Day BBQ and burn fat while you have fun. Sometimes it just takes adding the right foods to your diet rather than cutting out more food and feeling deprived. This list of fat burning foods will help increase your metabolism and help you lose that unwanted fat, even at rest.

 

Milk

Whole Grains

Oats

Jalapenos

Habaneros,

Cayenne chiles

Green tea

Chicken(white meat only)

Pork(white meat only)

Salmon  

Lean beef

Tuna

Turkey

Sardines,

Apples

Asparagus

Grapefruit

Celery

 

Foods both rich in calcium and protein, as well as foods that are naturally very spicy, have all been used in clinical studies and proved to increase the metabolic rate and weight loss of the participants compared to a control group that did not incorporate these foods.


Fill up your gas tank!!! When on the road, always go for self-service. Fill your tank up to six times and burn approximately 100 calories!!!
