Foods that Improve your Memory :)

          

    

 

It's hard to believe, that even as adults, we have the ability to improve brain function and memory through the foods we consume. These foods not only support the health of our brain, but can actually generate new brain cells that will keep us functioning at the highest capacity we can.

 

Cold-water fish

Citrus fruits

Soy   

Cruciferous and leafy green vegetables

Flax seeds 

Beans  

Whole grains  

Curry
Sage
Tea

Nuts

Eggs

Yogurt

Dark chocolate
Blueberries 


Most Importantly, Water:
Nearly three fourths of the brain is water, which makes this life-giving liquid an essential component for the smooth functioning of the brain.
