             Foods that Help your Skin GLOW :) 

           

Having glowing skin starts from the inside out. You can use as many products as you like, but without the foundation of a healthy diet and exercise those products will just go to waste. Instead, fill up your grocery bag with these superfoods and watch your skin start to glow. Here are a list of go to foods to help you look as healthy as you feel.

 

Sweet Potatoes

Tomatoes

Spinach

Green Tea

Safflower oil

Dark Chocolate

Flax seeds 

Tuna

Almonds

Carrots

Avocados

Sardines

Salmon


 

Do ten minutes of push ups or sit ups and burn up to 100 calories!!!
