Foods That Can Make You Feel Lethargic :(

One of the most common complaints I get from people is that they are always feeling sluggish or have no energy. In fact, every day, 2.2 million Americans complain of being tired. In most cases, the culprit can simply be what we eat, how we sleep, and how we cope emotionally. Let's start with what we can control. Here is a list of foods that can definitely impact our level of energy and if avoided may give you the boost you are looking for. The common denominator is the high glycemic index they all share.

Jelly beans

Corn chips

Pretzels
Watermelon
Honey
Rice Cakes
White Bread
Tofu dessert
Instant Rice
Vanilla Wafers
High Sugar Cereal
White Potatoes
