                Why We are Still Obsessed with Kale? 

 

           

Kale is being called "the new beef", "the queen of greens" and "a nutritional powerhouse."One cup of kale has only 36 calories and zero grams of fat, which makes it a great diet aid. I have received more questions about Kale than any other food. Here is a reminder of why we have come to love this green leafy veggie so much.

 

Low in calories

High in fiber

Has zero fat

High in iron. Per calorie, kale has more iron than beef

High in Vitamin K

Filled with powerful antioxidants

Is a great anti-inflammatory food

Is great for cardiovascular support

High in Vitamin A

High in Vitamin C. One cup of kale heartily provides over 88% of our RDA for Vit C.
