OK, the first season's party is over. You had a great Memorial Day and all the fun that goes with it. Remember, we are all a work in progress and real weight loss and real success is not a sprint it's a marathon. Be patient and get right back on your PTI program. Make sure you visit your nutritionist and during your consult grab a food diary to help get you back on track.
