             Healthy "On the Go" Snacks

We are all so busy with our day to day lives, that eating well can seem like a chore in itself. Preparation is the key to success and the more options you have at hand the easier eating healthy will be. Here are some healthy snacks you can take right with you for easy access.

Sunsweet individually wrapped Prunes

Fresh Clementine or Apple

100 Calorie packs of Almonds

Ghirardelli dark chocolate square(60% cacao)  

Box of Raisins(small)

5 Dried Apricots

Organic Turkey Jerky 

1 Organic String Cheese Stick

20 Blue Diamond Chocolate Almonds

1/4 cup of Dry Roasted Edamame  

Smartfood Popcorn Clusters( 1 bag)

SunMaid Yogurt Covered Raisins(1 bag)
