                     2014 Spring Superfoods 

The first days of spring are upon us and hopefully the warm weather will be coming our way. Along with the usual spring flowers come a bounty of fresh foods sure to dismiss any winter blahs. Here are a list of 2014 Superfoods to help spring you forward and put a little hop in your step:

Artichokes

Walnuts

Chia Seeds

Grass Fed Beef

Asparagus

Spring Garlic

Legumes

Barley

Swiss Chard

Spinach

Strawberries

Organic Eggs

Amaranth

Pumpkin Seeds
