We at PTI would like to wish you all a very Happy New Year. It is with great pleasure that we bring to you the PTI Buzz every week and we certainly love all the positive feedback. We are very proud of each and everyone of our clients and the hundreds of pounds they have lost this year alone and their commitment to optimal health and wellness. This week I bring to you a list of tips that you can bring into the New Year that I believe can help us all with all our future goals.
Realize that anything worth doing is worth doing badly
Exercise to boost energy
Be Kind to yourself
Go to sleep at a decent hour
Eat for optimal health
Read a great book
Don't burden yourself with unrealistic goals
Make one small change a week to better yourself
Take a ten to thirty minute walk a day with someone you love
Smile and make someone else smile at least 3 times a day
Learn from the past but live for the future
Tell yourself 3 things you like about yourself everyday
You don't always have to be right, agree to disagree
You are responsible for your own happiness
Don't punish yourself for "breaking your diet" , tomorrow is a new day!!!
