Foods that Reduce Inflammation in your Body!!

Our bodies have both positive and negative effects to inflammation. It protects us by helping our bodies respond to stress. However, inflammation can also cause our bodies to age more quickly and is prevalent in people who have,  heart disease, high blood pressure, bacterial or viral infections, osteoporosis, arthritis, acid reflux and  acne, to name a few,
Here are some anti- inflammatory foods:  
1. Foods rich in Omega -3 Fatty Acids - Wild Salmon, mackerel, herring, lake trout and sardines 
2. Ground Flax seeds 
3. Walnuts 
4. Pumpkin Seeds 
5. Dark Green Leafy Veggies 
6. Organic Edamame 
7. Organic Canola Oil 
8. Hemp Oil 
9. Broccoli 
10.Soaked Walnuts 
11.Onions and Garlic
