When we think of pumpkins most of us think Halloween or Jack-o- lanterns. What we don't usually associate pumpkins with is the fact that they are loaded with antioxidants and disease-fighting vitamins, making them a bonafide superfood!!!These gourds aren't just for carving  anymore.
