Ten Foods you Never Need as Part of Your Diet
Each week I bring to you a variety of topics, most of which include foods for optimal health and wellness. Many of you have told me that these suggestions have been very helpful, and you have incorporated these foods into your eating plan. This week, I have decided to change things up a bit. I was asked by a client , "Even if I eat all the foods you suggest, are there a group of foods that you simply should try to avoid". Here are ten foods that research has determined are the worst foods for you to consume.

Doughnuts

Soda
Nearly All Commercially Fried Foods
Chips
Fried Non-Fish Seafood(fried shrimp,clams,oysters,lobster)
Hydrogenated Fats
Olestra

Nitrates

Saturated Animal Fats

Processed Meat

Now, I always say that moderation is very important, however, if you dont feel the need to have any of these foods, then it is really good idea to simply avoid them altogether.
