Eating well isn't just good for your physical health but your mental health depends on it as well.Just like your heart, lungs or muscles,our brain requires nutrients to help it function as efficiently as possible. Here are a list of foods that help power your brain.

Pumpkin seeds

Broccoli

Oily fish
