Health Benefits of the Maca Root !!!!

Maca is a nutritionally dense super-food found in the mountains of Peru. Sometimes called "Peruvian ginseng," Maca comes in pill, liquid and powder form. Maca contains high amounts of minerals, vitamins, enzymes and all of the essential amino acids. Other benefits include:

Increasing your energy and stamina. Many athletes take maca for peak performance.

Relieves menstrual issues and menopause. It can help alleviate cramps, body pain, hot flashes, anxiety, mood swings and depression.

It is rich in vitamin B12 and protein, which is very helpful for vegans. It also keeps you healthy by providing vitamins B1, B2, B12, C and E.  

It provides plenty of calcium, zinc, iron, magnesium, phosphorous and amino acids.
