Ten Simple Tips to Lose Ten Pounds!!!!
The summer count down begins(June 21st) and who doesn't want to lose those last ten pounds in the next 8 weeks. It is not too late. In fact, with these ten simply steps you are sure to be bathing suit ready by the time you hit the beach. DO NOT think diet.  DO think, I am going to change up my eating plan and incorporate these tips.
Pick a buddy for accountability and motivation
Keep a serious food diary and monitor your weight twice a week
Cut out all sugary drinks including juice and stick to 64 oz of water a day

Eliminate all packaged foods and eat only fresh ingredients you've prepared. No bags, boxes, cans, or cartons allowed.

Fill two-thirds of your plate with vegetables, which are less calorie dense and more nutritious than any other type of food.

Have a healthy soup and salad at least 3x a week for dinner

Eating one grapefruit daily helped 58% of subjects to lose weight, according to research.

Swear off high calorie desserts and replace them with fresh fruit

The short-term elimination of floury foods like white bread and pastries can efficiently kick-start your ten pound weight loss plan.

Don't skip meals or your healthy snacks. Being hungry will surely sabotage your plan. 

 

By adding an exercise that burns up to 500 calories a day you can reach your ten pound goal even faster than you think . For Example A person weighing 180 lbs. can burn around 500 calories with an hour of energetic dancing, So have fun and dance those extra pounds away!!!
