The Top Ten Healthiest Foods !!!
We cannot always be on "perfect " diet plan. In fact, striving to eat healthy takes a lot of planning and work. However, by incorporating a few of these int your daily meal plan, you can rest assured you are doing something good for yourself each and every day. I also love the fact that these foods can be found at any supermarket, and you can pronounce every single one. :)
Beans
:eating a serving can help lower you chances of heart disease by up to 22 %.
Garlic: can help inhibit the growth of bacteria, including E. coli and works
as a potent anti-inflammatory
Walnuts:contain the most omega-3 fatty acids, which may help reduce cholesterol levels, improve mood and fight cancer.
Avocados:one contains half the fiber and 40 percent of the folate you need daily, which may reduce your risk of heart disease.
Spinach
