Mood Enhancing Foods!!!!!
This is certainly a good time of year for a mental boost.With all the pressure of the holiday season approaching, it would be nice to know there are ways to "chill out" without prescription medications. New research has found the following foods can make you feel happy and  
relaxed.
Dark Chocolate

Chicken
Spinach
Tofu
Avocado
Salmon
Greek Yogurt
Green Tea
Berries
All the above foods contain certain vitamins, like B12 or minerals like magnesium, as well as neurotransmitters such as tryptophan and serotonin, omega 6's, and probiotics . All of these have a positive effect on our mood and simply help us feel better and in turn happier.

A 150 pound person can burn approximately  200 calories Snowshoeing for 22 minutes!!!!
