Every year when the clock strikes 12:00 on New Years Eve, we all think about one thing. TOMORROW I WILL START MY DIET !!!!! This has been one of the top resolutions for a majority of people. Well, lets change it up a bit and start now. Wouldn't it be nice to go into New Years less than you weigh now. Here a couple of ways to modify your diet to help you lose those extra pounds now.
Include lean protein at every mealStay away from any white starches or even whole wheat pasta or breadStay away from processed foodsDrink more water than you ever have, even during your mealEat only two high fiber fruits a day, apples, berries, pears and plums are all goodGive up alcohol for at least two weeksOnly cook with olive oil or coconut oil and use sparinglyStay away from fatty foods and increase foods that contain Omega 3 and 6Increase your fiber as much as you can, up to 25 grams a day (at least)Now remember, this is just a jump start, but you will see results quickly if you follow this guide for two weeks . You will feel great and that outfit for New Years will feel just a bit looser. Be sure not to go under 1200 calories and take a multi vit for optimal nutrition.
