As the weather changes, and the air turns from warm to cold, soup is one of those foods that comforts us and fills us up in a healthy way. Soup does not only taste great but women who start their lunch with a bowl of soup eat 100 calories less over the course of the meal, on average.If you are not up for preparing soup, here is a list of the Healthiest soups on the supermarket shelves.
