Get Ready for a Happy and Healthy Halloween!!!
Last week we learned about some healthy candy choices that you can use for Halloween this year. Well, if you want to go one step further, here are some great alternatives to any candy. We  know all your neighbors will be dishing out lots of sugary sweets, so try something different this year and you just may be the most popular house on the block.
Stickers- lots of colorful ones for both girls and boys
Temporary tattoos- kids just love these
Crayons- small boxes will do the trick
Colorful erasers, pencils and pencil sharpeners-even the parents will love this
Chalk and Marker sets- these will never go to waste
Glow in the dark jewelry
Juice Boxes-every thirsty child will love these as they trick and treat
Key Chains
Finger puppets
Bubbles
Water guns
To avoid spending too much money on any of these products, you still have time to go online and order any one of these in bulk. For the very little ones, you can always have small bags of pretzels on hand , this way everyone leaves with something special.

If you accompany the kids around the neighborhood for an hour and a half, a 150 pound person can burn roughly 330 calories while trick and treating!!!
