Foods that Make you Feel Lethargic :(
Now that we have been educated on what foods give us energy, it is equally as important to understand what foods may be causing us to feel sleepy. Most foods that make us feel lethargic have a very high gylcemic index.On a scale of 1-100 most of these foods are higher than a 70.

Golden Grahams

Plain Bagel

Corn chips

Watermelon

Honey

Mashed potatoes

Saltine crackers

Graham crackers

French fries

Frozen waffles

Vanilla wafers

Grape-Nuts Flakes

Jelly beans

Pretzels

Rice cakes

Cornflakes

Instant Rice

Red baked potato

French bread

Tofu frozen dessert

By keeping a food journal and marking down how you actual feel during the day, you can see a pattern forming with certain foods you maybe sensitive to and may need to avoid on days you just don't have time to feel tired. It's a great way to really get to know yourself inside and out.
