The New Buzz word is "Chia"
Chia is an edible seed that comes from a desert plant  found predominantly in Southern Mexico. The benefits of the chia seed are so substantial it is now considered a nutritional powerhouse. One serving size includes 18 percent of recommended daily calcium and four grams of protein.
