Cheese get's such a bad reputation. However, if consumed in moderation it is a great source of lean protein, calcium, phosphorus, and has other health benefits. The following list will help you choose wisely and are all based on a one ounce serving.

  • Goat Cheese, 76 calories , 6 grams of fat 
  • Mozzarella , 79 calories,  6 grams of fat
  • Feta Cheese, 80 calories, 6 grams of fat  
  • Brie Cheese, 90 calories, 10 grams of fat
  • Cream Cheese, 100 calories, 10 grams of fat
