Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!!!!!!
We all know that water is the best way to stay hydrated. We suggest all our clients drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water a day. Well, if you are one of those people that just hate water, or just can't consume that amount, there are lots of other ways to stay hydrated as the weather continues to get warmer. Try the following water dense foods:

Grapefruit

Grapes

Watermelon

Tomatoes

Peaches    

Pineapple

Strawberries

Oranges

Cucumbers

Carrots

Squash

Bell Peppers  

Believe it or not even animal protein can contain up to 60% water, including Hamburgers and Chicken Breast.
