City Announces Indoor Alternatives to Trick-or-Treating
LEESVILLE, La.--The City of Leesville announces local indoor events that can serve as alternatives in case weather conditions prevent trick-or-treating during the previously announced hours.

The Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center, located at 1003 N Gladys Street will host a movie night inside. The movie starts at 7 p.m. and there will be snacks and drinks for purchase.

In addition, the First United Pentecostal Church of Leesville, located at 101 Nolan Trace, will host a Harvest Festival in the Family Life Center from 5-8 p.m.

If your organization is also hosting an indoor event and would like the City to promote it, please contact the City at 239-2444 with the details.

Regular trick-or-treating hours will remain in effect, rain or shine, as previously announced: October 31 from 5-8:30 p.m.

Witch Way to Main, an outdoor event hosted by the Friends of Leesville Main Street, will also continue, rain or shine, from 5-8 p.m. in the Leesville Main Street District.
