ROAD CLOSURE: KCS to Close Crossings to Lay New Rail
LEESVILLE, La.-- City of Leesville residents should be advised that KCS will be closing roads in the downtown area in order to lay new rail. The dates are as follows:
Tuesday, September 15th, East Mechanic and North 3rd; Wednesday, September 16th, East Texas and East Courthouse; Thursday, September 17th, East Lula (468 state crossing) and East Maggie.

The crossings will be closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.  Anyone traveling through these areas should expect traffic delays. Motorists should plan extra time for travel or seek an alternate route.
