By City ordinance yard waste should be placed in clear plastic bags, or in bags clearly marked as YARD WASTE and totally separated from any and all garbage and trash. All such bags may be placed on the curb in the same general location as trash containers for collection.

Residents are urged to place yard waste on the curb the day before scheduled pick-up.
