Granada Food Service Opportunity: The Hot Springs Village Property Owners' Association is soliciting proposals from firms or individual entities to operate/lease a full-service casual dining facility, known as the Granada Clubhouse located at 250 Maderas Drive in Hot Springs Village. Scheduled onsite inspection/walk through is 8:00 a.m. on November 2. Closing date for bids is 2:00 p.m. on December 4. 2016 Annual Renewals: The Accounting Department will begin 2016 Annual Renewal sales on Monday, November 9. The Annual Renewal Notice will be mailed on November 6 to property owners in good standing. The annual fee and amenity renewal forms will be available online by November 6. Forms may also be picked up at the POA Administration Office. Payments may be made by mailing forms along with check to the POA Administration Accounting Department at 895 DeSoto Blvd. or by bringing forms and payment to the Administration Building front desk on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Updated Method of Matching Assessment Payments to Properties and Members: As part of the consolidation in how the POA identifies members, we are no longer utilizing a separate assessment account number.  Instead, all future assessment payments will be directly matched to the Lot/Block/Addition (LBA). Members who's assessments are paid via a bank bill pay solution are asked to update the identifying number being sent on the check.  In order to more quickly identify the property being paid for, please use your 8 digit lot, block, addition (LBA) number.
