Tips to Keep Your Home Safe for All

March 2015

"Winner of the 2014 Newport County Chamber of Commerce Business Entrepreneur of the Year"

Greetings!

We have been on the road for the past three weeks at various Trade Shows meeting with people from across RI, MA and CT. Neither rain nor snow deterred us or you! We all wanted to get out and past this hard winter. Record visitation reports have been pouring in for each show we attended! Over 22,000 people alone came to the RI Builders

Association Home Show! The press coverage has been outstanding. We made the front page of the Newport Daily News the day after the Newport County Chamber of Commerce Expo!

We would like to thank our hardworking technicians. They put in many hours assembling and breaking down the exhibit booths, then worked shifts at each show answering questions and demonstrating products. We truly could not have done it without them: Thank you!!

The consistent message we take away from meeting with all of you is the on-going great need for mobility solutions; each client's situation is individual and unique. There is really no one-size-fits-all!

If we didn't have a chance to chat at one of the Trade Shows, we invite you to visit us at the Center for Adaptive Living at High Point. We're here to help!

Project of the Month:
Our Ramp at the RIBA Home Show Tiny House!

Four days - 22,000 people at the Home Show! When the folks at RIBA approached us about installing a ramp at the Tiny House, it was originally intended as access for those individuals who needed assistance. However, little did we know that the ramp would quickly become the primary point of traffic flow to view the house. What a testament to the ramp's sturdiness! It maintained a constant flow of traffic through the entire show!

We want to give a shout-out to our friends at MinuteMan Press in Middletown, RI. We asked them to print the sign above saying that the ramp was provided courtesy of Home Healthsmith. When they found out about our donation of materials and labor - they generously donated the sign! Thank you, Helen and MinuteMan!!!
