 Recent visitors to the Powell library are already aware that construction has been taking place. The building, originally constructed in 1988, will soon feature completely updated public bathrooms, new lighting and a fresh coat of paint for the main collection room. In addition, there will be remediation of the various ceiling cracks the building has developed over years of settling. The improvements will be funded through a 50-50 partnership of Coweta County and the state of Georgia. |

To better serve our customers, we have resigned the CPLS website. The new home page features quick links, location links and a convenient point & click calendar enabling visitors to navigate the site more quickly and easily. In addition, the site is not only pleasant to the eye, but also easy on the eyes due to larger fonts and better colors which will maximize the user experience.
The website is available 24/7 for patrons to renew books, browse & checkout eBooks, place titles on hold and use our databases for research.
