Greetings!
As you move through your semesters here at MSU Mankato, take advantage of opportunities to differentiate yourself for future employers.
What makes you stand out from other potential employees?
Complete a minor that expands your experience and understanding of the business world, like the online International Business minor.
Attend a conference, like the Janavaras International Business Conference taking place next week.
Take part in innovative and experiential coursework by signing up for the Integrated Business Experience program.
The College of Business works hard to provide these kinds of opportunities for our students, and I hope you take advantage of them, because we want to set you up for success!

Advising TipDear Advisor, I am so stressed about my classes and upcoming finals! I feel like I study well but when I take tests, I freeze up and don't do well. To top it off, I have not scheduled an appointment to see an advisor and don't know what classes I should take in the fall. Signed, Academically Stressed Dear Stressed, Many students experience test anxiety. On April 30 from 3-4 PM in CSU 203, the MSU Counseling Center is offering a session "overcoming test anxiety." Also, you still have time to meet with an academic advisor. You can look up faculty advisor office hours on the COB Student Portal to find out when you can stop by their offices for advising. The COB Advising Center is seeing students on a walk-in basis through May 3. Advising hours are generally from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday-Friday. Signed, Advisor
