Greetings!
I hope you've had a chance to read our past faculty and staff profiles here in the eNews. Our faculty and staff care deeply about the growth and development of our students, and they are always working hard to bring you new resources and opportunities.
This week we're featuring International Business Professor Basil Janavaras, and Linda Meidl, our Advising Center Director.
Past profiles are available on your new student portal. I think it's a great opportunity to learn a little more about the people who are a part of our community and a part of your lives during your time here at the College of Business.
Have a great week!

Advising Tip
Dear Advisor, I am trying to raise my GPA so I repeated a course that I did not do so well in my first year but the grade is still showing on my transcript. How do I get rid of the old grade? Signed, Need to Raise My GPA Dear Need to Raise your GPA, Repeating a class can be a great way to increase your GPA. After you repeat a class, you will need to complete and submit a Repeated Course Form which can be found on the Registrar's website under forms. When the Registrar's Office processes a course repeat, the previous grade stays on your transcript but is taken out of your GPA calculation. The most recent grade will be used in your GPA calculation. Signed, Advisor
