Healthy Tidbit - Water, Spruce it Up For Energy

Your body needs water to keep all your systems running at their best. Even minor dehydration can cause body functions to slow down and make you feel sluggish. Water is the cheapest, easiest, no-calorie way to keep your energy up! But, sometimes all that water can get a little boring. There ARE easy ways to liven it up, without adding a lot of calories! Add a few slices (or squeezes) of fresh fruit such as: lemons, limes, oranges or berries. You can even add cucumber slices or a sprig of mint for a surprisingly refreshing addition.
