Outstanding Faculty Recognition Award

The SRJC Alumni & Friends Association is seeking nominations to honor an outstanding SRJC faculty member. Faculty, staff, students and alumni may nominate candidates. The award is presented at the Faculty Recognition Awards Celebration as well as honored at Day Under the Oaks. The Outstanding Faculty member selected for 2014 will have the unique opportunity to select a student to receive a one-time
scholarship named in his or her honor.

Nominees will be evaluated using the following criteria: excellence in teaching, sensitivity to student needs, development of innovative teaching materials or techniques and service to campus  

and/or wider community.

Music As A Means: Musicians for Change
The event is next month- April 17th from 6 - 8 pm in the Bertolini Student Activities Center, Santa Rosa.

 

Wanted: Students/Faculty/Staff musicians or poets to perform!

 

Criteria: maximum 3 songs - minimum 1 song (10-15 minute playing period), and the song/poem has to be relevant to social change in the world.
