Upcoming Workshops & Events
Don't Miss Out on These Great Opportunities!

The Center for Career Services hosts a wide variety of interactive workshops throughout the academic year to provide up-to-date career education on essential professional  development topics.
The knowledge gained in these workshops is enhanced through the valuable networking/professional development opportunities provided by frequent industry panel nights and larger-scale population-specific events, where MU alumni and local employers come to campus to help students learn more about working in specific fields and occupations.
Plan Ahead

Maximize Your Year at Marymount
Be Intentional With Your Time and Involvement

Intentional selection of experiences leads to meaningful career experiences that support a career trajectory over a lifetime. Each activity you engage in, each opportunity you pursue, and each position you take should have some personal value to you and get you closer in some way to reaching your career goals.  That does not mean that you should only choose opportunities that are exactly what you want, but rather that it is best to be intentional with career choices and seek out opportunities to gain personally relevant skills, abilities, and experiences within any pursuit.
