November has been officially named "MOVEmber" at B.YOU. Why? Because we know how difficult is to focus on ourselves during this busy, busy time that starts with Halloween and ends with Christmas. We want to challenge you to stay committed and motivated to your workouts not only to fight the extra calories, but also to help you keep your sanity through this hectic season! We'll be bringing you lots of motivation all month long beginning with a phenomenal guest speaker this Wednesday! We hope to see you there and at the studio getting your MOVE on all month long :)
