The answer is: YES! We have written custom cases for other organizations and would be happy to talk with you about the same. Custom work requires we get to know your organization, your culture, your industry-specific language, and unique challenges. Then we can script cases -- interwoven or stand-alone scenarios -- that will enable you to bring real-world practice to your training attendees. You can even brand them with your logo so they'll be consistent with your other training materials.

WOW! Was that really 11,000 training professionals all in one place?! ASTD 2014 was exhilarating, exhausting, and inspiring! From thought-provoking keynotes to practical breakout sessions to the sheer energy of all those people, we came away with new ideas and excitement for the future of our profession. We are proud to be part of this newly branded organization, ATD (that's the Association for Talent Development, in case you haven't heard the news yet!).
We were thrilled to speak to over 200 people in our "Revitalizing RolePlay" session. Though it is low-tech and has been around for a long time, we maintain that RolePlay is still an effective way to build skill. Training participants often complain that they don't need to practice skills, but as one of our group so wisely commented, "just because something is common knowledge, it is not necessarily common practice". Well said, indeed!
