Order Acknowledgements

Our previous system allowed us to send order acknowledgements to one fax number and/or one e-mail address. The upgraded system allows us to send order acknowledgements to multiple fax numbers and e-mail addresses. Please contact Customer Service at custserv@morbros.com to have order acknowledgements sent to additional fax numbers and e-mail addresses.   

Invoices/Statements

All invoices and statements will be sent via fax and/or e-mail. If these options do not work for you, please contact Customer Service. Like the order acknowledgements, all invoices and statements can be sent to multiple fax numbers and e-mail addresses. 

As shown in the image below, all UPS tracking numbers will be included on invoices. 

We are experiencing a very smooth transition and we are confident the enhancements will improve efficiencies and save time.
