Enrollment for 2014-2015
In order for the Transportation Department to have more time to set up bus routes, we are going to have two phases of enrollment.
On June 12, 2014, you will receive an email with directions to fill out your 2014-15 transportation form on a secured site for each of your students. The electronic form, Transportation Enrollment, can be accessed on the district web page, www.usd266.com under Quick Links or at www.usd266.com/busform. Due to state requirements, ALL parents must provide this information to our Transportation Department regardless of whether your student will be riding the bus. This portion of the enrollment process will need to be completed by July 6.
On July 5, 2014, you will receive a letter containing your Family Access Login and password and instructions on how to complete the 2014-15 enrollment process. Your password will be reset so please follow the directions. You will be asked to provide demographic information about your family and answer a series of questions for each of your students. This portion of the enrollment process will need to be completed by July 18.
You will also have the ability to pay your fees online using your credit card or you will be able to mail in a check for your
student's enrollment fees. Families who qualify for free and reduced lunches and complete the Waiver of Confidentiality form (back page of the free/reduced application) will have their fees waived if approved. The free and reduced lunch application will be available on the district web page after July 16, 2014. If you believe you will qualify for free and reduced lunches, please complete the enrollment information. Print and mail your free/reduced application to the Educational Support Center but do not submit your payment until your application has been processed.
If you do not have access to the Internet, you may come to the district's Educational Support Center, 905 Academy Avenue, between July 7-18 during normal business hours to log in and complete the enrollment process. The office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday during the summer months.
Questions? Please send an e-mail to [email protected] and a district representative will contact you.

Dear Parents,
It has been a great year here at ECC with your kids. For those of you who have children that need medication, I have sent home the forms for you or your doctor to complete for next year. Please return those completed with the medication next August. If you have any medication here besides inhalers, diabetic supplies or epi-pens, then you will need to pick it up on or before the last day of school or it will be disposed of. If your child develops anything new over the summer then please let me or your new school nurse so we can update their information. If your child gets any new immunizations then please send the records to school next August.
I hope you have a wonderful and safe summer.
Nurse Kelli
