Rick Struse and Cullen O'Grady of Vanguard Realty Group's Investment Sales Division have completed the sale of The Rosedale Apartments, a 34-unit value-add apartment property located in Baltimore. Rick and Cullen represented the seller as well as secured the buyer, a local investor, to complete the transaction.

The Rosedale Apartments, originally built as a school, was converted to apartments in 1996. It has an attractive unit mix of mostly 2 and 3 bedroom units. The property was less than 50% occupied at the time of sale and in need of extensive rehabilitation.
