Wednesday was Pink Day around the country and the halls of TABC were filled with the boys, faculty, rabbeim and staff sporting their pink basketball socks and water bottles which were donated by a TABC family. Due to the tremendous efforts of the Pink Day committee, over 250 pairs of socks were sold. After a brief program, everyone gathered in the gym, along with 29 dozen pink donuts, to take a group photo. We are thrilled to announce that the committee raised over $5000 for Sharsheret.
Thank you to committee members: Matias Csillag, Elishai Gordon, Akiva & Yaakov Wieder, Yonatan Sturm, Noah Nordlicht, Zachary Rothenberg, Solly Weiser, Shua Beilin, Ariel Forman, Yosef Muller, Yitzi Rothschild, Steven Cohen, Alex Kalb and Mickael Benichou, and faculty member Ms. Donna Hoenig.

Book ('16), Jonah Ganchrow ('16), Yehuda Koslowe ('17), Jacob Rosenberg ('15), Jeremy Rosenblatt ('16) and Jacob Rosenfeld ('17). Congratulations to all students who took this very rigorous competition.

On Monday night the Guidance Department had the pleasure to meet with our sophomore parents. The program demonstrated TABC's philosophy and desire to work as a unit to serve the needs of our students. This very informative program included Rabbi Ezra Wiener (Mashgiach Ruchani), Rabbi Steven Finkelstein (Director of Guidance), Dr. Garry Katz (Director of College Guidance), Amy Asch of Princeton Review and Dr. Michael Atlas (Director of Student Support Services). | TABC Drama Club Hits the Stage |
On February 5th and 8th, the TABC student Drama Club performed two plays by Sam Shepherd: The Holy Ghostly and The Unseen Hand. The cast consisted of TABC students Simcha Lev Abrahams, Steven Cohen, Ovadia Esquenazi, Yoni Friedman, Shai Gutfreund, Benjy Kleiner and Aharon Nissel. They had two performances, open to the community, at Temple Emeth in Teaneck. To watch the plays online, click here and here. |
Left: Eleventh grade physics students observe the frequencies of tuning forks at 1.00 millisecond resolution.
Right: The inaugural game of the 10th grade football intramurals took place this week. Four 10th grade teams are involved. A fun time was had by all!
Left: TABC alumni and students learn together in the Friday morning Kollel in the Beit Midrash.
It's wonderful how so many alumni enjoy returning to TABC to learn with our students. It's a win-win!
